You hold the steel wheel over the vertical standing Rivet Tool and place a rivet into the divot end of the tool.
Then, BLAMO with a hammer, thus securing Hub-Cap steel spring onto the steel wheel via the rivet. When the rivet is secured into the steel wheel, you have to flare out the back end of it so the rivet doesnt work its way out.
