Tappet Tool 2078A
Volvo - Audi - Volkswagen Diesel engine valve adjusting tool.
This tool allows the valves to be adjusted on most 1976 and later
Volvo four cylinder overhead cam engines.

The adjustment is accomplished by the lever action on the tool
forcing the valve lifter down away from the cam.
The lifter in this down position, allows for the removal and installation
of the spacer shim which sits on the top of the lifter.
